Consumer rights:
The statutory rights of the consumer are not affected by the terms of our service.

Condition:
These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all contracts for the sale of goods by the deller to the buyer to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions including any terms or conditions that the buyer may purport to apply under any purchase order, confirmation of order or similar document.

Acceptance of delivery of the Goods shall be deemed conclusive evidence of the Buyer's acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Unfortunately we are unable to accept orders from the Republic Of Ireland at this time.

We do not ship worldwide but we may do in the future.

Any variation to these Terms and Conditions by bluertronics.co.uk shall be allowed.

The goods:
Photographs are for illustrative purposes only and may not exactly match the product itself. Products are on a first come first server basis, we can not be held responsible for items that are out of stock at time of making your order/s

Orders:
Stock may be withdrawn or discontinued. We shall make every effort to update the website at all times, but you understand and acknowledge that we are not liable to you for any failure or delay to fulfill an order due to products being out of stock, or discontinued.

Once an order has been placed by you and accepted by us you have no right to cancel the order, except at our discretion in exceptional circumstances. Once we have dispatched the products we are unable to cancel any orders.

Please understand that the change delivery address option in shopping basket is for use by dropshippers only, if you have not purchased the dropshipping account from us and do change the delivery address, we will not ship your order out to you.

Payment:
Payment for the price of the products shall be due in pounds sterling at the time of the order. The price displayed includes VAT.

Delivery:
The Delivery Date specified by the Seller is an estimate only. Time for delivery shall not be of the essence of the Contract.

Subject to the other provisions contained in these terms and conditions, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss (all three terms which include, without limitation, pure economic loss, loss of profits, loss of business, depletion of goodwill and similar losses), costs, damages or expenses caused directly or indirectly by any delay in the delivery of the products (even if caused by our negligence).

If for any reason you or the person at the delivery address refuses to accept delivery of the products, all risk in the products shall pass to you and we may, at our discretion, charge for return of the products to us, a storage fee and a redelivery fee to another address nominated by you.

Payment is PayPal, you can pay with most major credit cards through this.

Warrenty:
All warranties, conditions and other terms implied by state or common law are, to the fullest extent permitted by law, excluded from this Agreement.

We shall only extend the benefit of the manufacturer’s warranty to you, and do not separately warranty the products ourselves.

In the event of the product requiring replacement or repair under the warranty, you must contact the manufacturer directly.

Price:
The pricing of items is subject to change, we can not be held responsible for any loss incurred from our price changes.

Returns & refunds:
Any software sold by bluertronicss.co.uk is strictly non refundable. This largely due to misuse of security codes and copyright law.

Overall agreement:
These terms and conditions (as amended from time to time), together with the terms and conditions of use of the website (as amended from time to time) and the privacy policy (as amended from time to time), constitute the entire agreement between you and us. You should regularly check the terms and conditions of use of the website and the privacy policy for any updates and/or amendments.
